The hotel offers a comfy suite for short stays, though the room was smaller than expected and a bit dusty. Nonetheless, I would recommend it. The service was amazing, with friendly staff who went above and beyond, making for a brilliant stay. The great location in the cathedral quarter adds to the charm, even though it can get noisy due to the busy main road. The dining experience provided cooked-to-perfection meals, but lacked vegan options. Overall, a good value for a city center hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the town, making it a great base to explore Northern Ireland. The rooms were comfortable, but cleanliness could be improved. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Adam. Dining was a bit overpriced for the quality. The central location is fantastic but can be noisy due to being on a busy pedestrian street.

I had a one-night stay at this hotel and found it delightful for a couple's getaway. The room was small yet cozy, great for a short stay but lacking in space and a full-length mirror. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the trip. The location was central, though prone to drafts, and offered easy access to the city center. The dining experience was a bit disappointing and overpriced, but the bar below was a positive highlight.

Rooms

The room was described as 'Dinky' and was perfect for a short stay for a couple, but it was small and lacked space for belongings. The layout made moving around a bit challenging.

Despite being central and close to everything, the constant opening and closing of doors caused some drafts. The proximity to the city airport was convenient for travel.
Dining

The hotel was spotless, with lots of room and very comfortable. It felt brilliant overall, but we had some noise issues believing our 'neighbors' were in our room at night. Despite that, the room was warm and comfortable.

The service was amazing, with staff who were just so nice and friendly. They couldn't have been more helpful, and we even shared a laugh together. Special shoutouts to Niall, Karen, Adam, Conor, Aisha, Eleanor, and others who interacted with us daily from the front desk to the coffee barista. Truly the friendliest staff I've encountered in any hotel in Belfast.
Location

The location was superb, right in the middle of everywhere, with an excellent range of food and drink options in the hotel. It was great for Parking, Shopping, bars, and restaurants, and most of the local sights were within walking distance. However, it felt quite small for the cost.
Dining
9.0
The dining experience was fantastic value for money at £10 each, including a wee Grab bag of Granola with yogurt, fruit, and orange juice delivered to our door in the morning, even before we went down for our cooked breakfast. It was particularly good, except for a slight mishap.
